SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Diamonds In The Ruff Ruff wants you to receive your delivery as quickly as possible and will do our best to provide speedy service. Orders are usually fulfilled within 3-5 business days, but some may take up to 6 weeks, as all of our products are HAND MADE TO ORDER. On rare occasion a delivery may be detained or lost. Please note that these circumstances are out of our control but we will do out best to help retrieve any lost products. We have implemented a flat rate small box service is $12.95 for small order service within the U.S.A. Delivery confirmation and tracking information will be provided via email when your order ships. For heavier items such as furniture, carriers, dinnerware, etc. and for international service, please check shipping rates or contact us, as there will be additional costs that are not included in our flat rate service. International Shipping costs are estimated at time of purchase. However, once these items are packed for shipping international and overseas, there may be additional charges due to weight or size of box necessary to complete the shipment. Remember, shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost.
PLEASE NOTE: Diamonds In The Ruff Ruff is not responsible for incorrect addresses given or for refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. International rates will apply and will be provided to you BEFORE payment is due. All international orders will be shipped with basic insurance coverage via UPS, Fed-EX, DHL, or U.S.P.S Should you wish additional coverage, please contact us.
